My fave ladies and I had a little weekend getaway for my 25th last weekend. We had originally planned New Orleans but our final destination was Chicago, and man oh man did we fall in love. The city is just as beautiful as everyone had said and the locals were some of the nicest people I have ever met. I was beside myself as to the friendliness of everyone there, nothing similar to Boston. Anyway, we had a lovely weekend of catching up, eating (a lot), drinking (too much) and just being tourists in an unknown city. All and all i'd say the trip was a great success!!
